Owner Controlled insurance program oversight (OCIP)

Whether you are an Owner, Broker, Insurance Agent or Contractor, we can assist you with your risk management needs. We can act as a technical resource during the feasibility, pre-construction, implementation and/or execution phase of the project. In most cases, we have partnered with the Broker on behalf of the Owner, to establish and develop the pro-active safety and health requirements and conduct monthly safety reviews on the behalf of the Owner for the project. Previous experiences include, but are not limited to: Minneapolis Public Schools, Media One, Xcel Center (Wild Arena), Minneapolis Public Library, Minneapolis Convention Center (2 phases).
