Accident reporting and investigation

To effectively manage your safety and health program, accidents, incidents and near-misses must first be reported and secondly be investigated to determine how to prevent them from recurring. Personal problems, attitudes, training, lighting, equipment design, level of maintenance, and age all contribute to accidents. We will assist you with developing effect accident reporting, investigation and prevention policies and procedures to assist you with incident reduction.
